Elim Strategic Vision Plan

In 2010, Elim unveiled its 2010-2015 Strategic Vision document. The Strategic Plan not only highlights the significant initiatives of the next five years, it also gives testimony to what is so powerful when a Christian worldview is integrated into the diverse services that Elim provides. That integration, which is the fulcrum of Elim’s ministry, is where power is made perfect in weakness, and where God-given potential is realized.
Each year, Elim's program directors report back on the execution of this plan. We believe transparency and accountability are cornerstones of our partner relationships. Please take a few minutes to review Elim's vision for the future and the specific ways it is being implemented today!
