PRS—or Public Reading of Scripture—is a way for the Elim community to experience His word together. By reading or listening to scripture as a community, experiencing the Bible can be more enjoyable and easier to sustain.
Reading the Bible together was foundational to the life of God’s people in the Old and New Testaments. It served as an act of remembrance and identity formation.
