Elim celebrated the artistic gifts of its students at Fine Arts Nite! Billed as “the greatest art show you will ever experience,” the event consistently lives up to–and even exceeds–the expectations of all who attend.
Fine Arts Nite fills the school’s hallways with color and joy! Featuring all of the artwork of our students as well as classroom projects, a live butterfly display, cooking projects, and even a live performance by Elim’s choir, Fine Arts Nite provides a great opportunity for Elim families, friends, and the community to experience the gifts of our students.
Kathryn Aggen, art teacher and coordinator of Fine Arts Nite, believes art gives the students a powerful way to express themselves, but she is also certain that it builds community within Elim’s student body. She explains, “When all of the work is displayed together, students and staff alike recognize that they were part of a bigger whole. The artwork is a visual reminder that through the collective creative process, they have accomplished something greater than the individual project.”
Congratulations to Elim’s artists!
