Elim’s adults are celebrating! Not only did you help us meet our September HOPE Packs goal, you helped us provide 1500 more HOPE Packs than our original goal.

 

So many responded to the HOPE Packs campaign that our adults are already hard at work. Elim’s faithful donors gave over $45,000 – enough to provide 7,505 HOPE Packs filled with school supplies for needy children. In addition, August campaigns in churches brought in another 1,637 HOPE Packs of school supplies!

 

Through HOPE Packs, adults with disabilities like Darrell are provided with meaningful work and an opportunity to glorify God by serving others. Darrell recently shared why he loves HOPE Packs, saying, “What I hope is that the kids will know that they have something that was put together with love and care from people that want them to succeed and that want to help them. And I hope that society will see that, too, in all that we do and all that we say. Putting together HOPE Packs makes me really happy, and it really gives me a sense of hope for our future.”
